Go-To Salad Recipe
I’m sure we all have a go to snack that we can never get tired of. My ultimate favorite snack is a great salad—it’s not too filling but keeps you full enough get you to your next meal. While I love a classic caesar more than anyone, it can get tiresome and it honestly has zero health benefits. My go to salad is full of nutrients, protein, and a unique flavor that you will never get tired of. The dressing is homemade and unlike anything you have ever tried. I hope you enjoy!
Dressing Directions:
(makes about a cups worth but add desired amount and save rest in fridge for later)
A whole lemon squeezed
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Add salt and pepper to your liking

Romaine
Shredded carrot
Broccoli
Egg white
Feta cheese
Lemon
Apple Cider Vinegar
Mustard
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper (optional)
