Your Voice
Written By Anna Tringale
Your Voice
Whisper my name
Like the mist of a fine perfume
Or rain rolling off endless greeneries
Touching sunsets bathed in warm hues
Dancing across rays of moonlit silks
That adorn your intonation
Enlighten my heart with your cupid's arrows
Pierce through the barrier of man’s subconscious
Turning hearts of plastic to gold
With your silver-tipped arrows
Incomparable ethereal beauty
Enriching us with your tone
You redefine the term angelic
A singsong soprano of symphonies
Your timbre a triumphant tone
Each vowel articulating bliss
Every syllable containing fragments of your endless perfection
I swoon at the sound of your voice
